Kosta is scoring goals because he is in a system that fits with his style. The Phoenix style of football (crossing from wide) does not suit his style and in my opinion, he would not score as much. Brisbane run with the ball, play a short passing game and use their pace with creativity around the box to free up their men. We live off crosses which are lacking in execution. That was 90s EPL football. Shows the gulf in how we are playing vs how the top side in the league plays.

Yes, we were beaten by a good team, however it was hardly a one off...we've been operating somewhere between average and very poor for the entire season.
Perhaps after tomorrow we'll have an idea of exactly where we are at, and I fear we won't like the answer either...

The problem with the Nix is that style of play is very predictable now and teams are more aware from last year.....and as for Ricki....well maybe its time for him to start grooming in the youngsters gradually just like every other A League team is doing......see what can happen Ricki when you look at what you have lost in ......Kosta!
