Two potentially good games on the way.  MV v GCU first up at 9pm followed by Roar v Adelaide at 11.15pm.

Here's one for News...after scoring in his previous four appearances, Melbourne Victory's Robbie Kruse will equal the Hyundai A-League record for scoring in most consecutive matches if he scores in this game.

The current record of scoring in five consecutive matches is held by Joel Griffiths (for Newcastle Jets, December 2007 to January 2008) and Shane Smeltz (for Gold Coast United, December 2009 to January 2010).

Super Kosta

I like when he scores against another team for a change

Reinaldo going off made Brisbane 10x better. Shows how useless he is.valeo2010-11-07 00:42:46

Makes me feel a little better about wednesday if they're doing this to the top of the table team with only 10...

That was a thing of beauty. Onya Kosta and, ahem, great work from Nicholls.

Eh, he wouldn't work as well in our system anyway. He fits Brisbane perfectly and honestly it will be better for his development to be there right now.

And yeah, this is putting Wednesday into perspective.valeo2010-11-07 00:44:06

Yeah...goal scoring strikers with a bit of pace don't fit our system, better off without him!

Perhaps this might help the more violently angst-ridden round here get things in perspective, ie, we were beaten by a very, very good football team.
