Two good games in prospect tonight.

Melbourne (2nd) v CCM (4th) at 9pm, followed by Gold Coast (3rd) vs Sydney (1st) at 11pm.

Early game...

Head to head: Melbourne 6, CCM 4, draws 3.

Melbourne unchanged from the side that beat Perth 2-1 last Sunday.

CCM - no McGlinchey in the matchday squad - his ankle injury must have kept him out.  Brad Porter, Matthew Lewis and Nicky Travis in for Crowell (suspended), McGlinchey and Doig from the side that drew 0-0 with Adelaide last weekend.  Ahmad Elrich on the bench....he hasn't featured since round six.

Melbourne have won six of their last seven.  CCM have won just one of their last six, but have the best defence in the league, conceding only 8 goals in 13 games.

These two last met in round one, also in Melbourne, with CCM winning 2-0.

Can't believe Kwasnik's back out there with that bandage on. He looks finished to me.

Reckon he'll come off.  Muscat shows how much of a c**t he is again by lumping a free kick straight into the ref

Kind of funny though. Pity it wasn't Breeze or Williams.

I hope he not one of those players who sues if he gets injured.

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite

Ross Aloisi: "Ahmad Elrich is a wide player"

Can't argue with that.
