Sky sport 4 is where you can see Big Blue Tonight.  If Sydney win the plate is theirs I believe

Why don't you just type his name?

If you are old and wise you were probably young and stupid

Two golden opportunities for Ingham in two minutes and he botches them both.

Some lovely touches by Marco to set him up tho

Pretty good half considering the conditions

Quality save by Thomas at the end of that half.

Funny how Adelaide have so many saturday prime time games. I guess they were expecting them to do well this year, which is logical but there's been a few mismatches this season with them in that slot.

Bit of a mix up at the back & Holosko finds Bobo to make it 1-0

Have a look at Geria on the replay of that goal. Totally disinterested in tracking back.

Marco dishes one up on a plate for Berisha and he skies it, absolute shocker

Yep, three perfect assists from Marco and nothing to show for them. Even though they were only a goal down MV looked a defeated side for the last 25 minutes. Which I think is a tribute to what a great team Sydney is this season. They just physically and mentally steamroll teams, not to mention play some brilliant football.

This game is a huge step down from the first two matches of the weekend.

0-0 FT

Doesn't hurt us. WSW now 10 draws this season.

Would have been nice if Adelaide could have nicked the 3 points

Good thing Izzo didn't decide to become a builder, he can't build a wall to save himself.

Ha ha! Nix supporters who complain about Moss don't know how bad things can get without a decent keeper between the sticks. Although to be fair to Izzo he has improved, just that he's never really going to be any good.

CCM denied a stone wall penalty & City go quickly up the other end and ends up with Monty slotted it home for an oggie. 0-2

"You want me to sit here like a good little boy?" Okon chucking his toys at the 4th official after the own goal.

Not so convinced it was quite the stonewall pen they are saying anyway. Slater thinks every shout is a stonewall pen. Pain is one of those players from the Alex Brosque school of buckling at the knees when a defender breathes on the back of their neck. Contact looked pretty minimal to me.

Fabio free kick takes a big deflection and its 1-2, CCM have a lifeline just before half time

Permalink Permalink

Mixed feelings: don't want CCM to win but it will make the 2nd half more interesting. Okon still raging at the officials as he is pushed down the tunnel.

Izzo has improved a lot this season but he must cop 2-3 goals from free kicks every season because he doesn't set up his wall properly.

And the Mariners fans are applauding Izzo as he goes off? Crazy.

How the hell does this ref find a full two minutes extra on to of the 4 added on? If he'd blown when he was supposed to the little handbags incident would never have happened.

Unlucky CCM. City don't look in good shape, lots of arguing among the players, a tepid performance and Valkanis offering prayers during the game! He'll be gone come season's end I predict.

CCM had their chances to rescue a point at the end, just missing the quality when they needed

More I see the replays, the more it doesn't look like a penalty to me. Watching live, I thought it was a penalty tho
