The round kicks off a day early this week, with Melbourne City hosting the Newcastle Jets tonight.

I captained Fornaroli on Fantasy A-League so he better score at least a brace. Should be a straight forward match for a Melbourne City team this good.

By the way, RR, when do you usually announce who we're playing against this week in the Tipping Competition?

I was just about to write that this is a dreary game, when all of a sudden Holman scores, quite a few years since his last effort in HAL.

There was a deflection of La Rocca, but chances are it would not have made a difference if there wasn't a deflection. Looked like going straight in near the post, I thought.

Also happened when Sorenson got sent off in Round 1. Bouzanis came on but they didn't take a player off. Game didn't continue, but honestly how is this happening? Pretty pathetic officiating

I do remember the warriors getting points docked for having an extra player on the field and they ended up 9th that season.

What a stupid goal that was. For some reason this season I've seen a lot of defenders and keepers way too comfortable on the ball. They think they're better than they are.
