Roar host the Victory tonight, can they stop the Victory juggernaut? I'm thinking no.

Whoops, somehow managed to post this in the wrong section. My bad

Mikkelsen & Hingert dropped by Aloisi.

Nix fans complain about Fenton but for all his reputation and the predictions of great things Hingert has been woeful this season.

Who was the Roar mid who didn't even bother to track Kosta's run? Just dreadful.

Sacre bleu! Roar down to 10.

Madness.

And from bad to worse for the Roar, red for Bautheac

What. A. Nutter.

The original tackle could've easily been a red.

MV could do us a bit of a favour by smashing them 5-0 now.

It's all happening here, penalty for the Roar.

Taggart levels it up, 1-1

Was such an obvious foul on the MV defender which led to the corner. This ref is struggling.

Terry Antonis: king of the backheel.

Lovely finish that by Toivonen, 1-2

Ridenton level finishing by Roux.

Victory's attack is quite terrifying.

Another penalty, Honda converts for the Victory. 1-3

We play Victory on the 28th, hopefully Antonis is away on Socceroos duty by then. Honda has been getting all the plaudits but he has been the one pulling the strings in the midfield.

What a mental half.

Victory score from a shot corner, what a strange half. Kosta with the brace, 2-4

Permalink Permalink

Outrageous. Has there been a six goal first half in the A League before?

Only thing we were missing was a howler by one of the Keepers.

Games gone from daft to dull. MV look like they are doing a training exercise.

Only interest left is that we are now up to 8 backheels for the match so far.

Should have been. Aloisi teams seem to have discipline problems. Beautheac and Mauk just mental.

WTF was Janjetovic up to!?

Permalink Permalink

Easy tap in for Riera gives WSW a 1-0 lead. A minute later Janjetivic handles deliberately outside the box to deny a possible Sydney goal and is sent off. Crazy.

May well cost them the game. Redmayne didn't cover himself with glory for the WSW goal either. Gotta love A League goalkeepers!

That was the dumbest red card given, the keeper will be feeling shark for that especially because now one of his team mates has to come off with him
