Would love to see Sydney drop some points tonight but that will help the Roar gain on us. Rather torn over who to cheer for tonight.

I think Roar will fade in the final third of the season. They've been living off brilliant individual goals and equally brilliant saves by Young rather than particularly good team performances. The law of averages would suggest that's not going to keep happening.

0-0 at half time. I'm getting Roar/Nix vibes from this game, Fowler has them set up very defensively.

Penalty for Sydney and a red card for the Roar, huge moment in the game

ALF converts,  1-0

Is the yellow card mandatory in that situation? Seemed very harsh.

Random memory: one of the Nix's best ever wins was in 40 degree heat away at Newcastle. Iffy got the goal and the Jets Italian import (forget his name) missed an absolute sitter in the last minute.

Speaking of Italians it's a shame Diamanti isn't playing today. He's been brilliant to watch.

Hyphen misses a fantastic chance

For all the chances they continue to miss you could say the Jets are their own worst enemy but Dura's push on Hyphen was a blatant penalty imo. Can't understand how the ref or VAR could've seen it as anything else.

Bitumen are the worst team. Jets at least creating chances, trying, not giving up, what ever they do.

27 shots to 4 and it ends 0-0, Jets are so frustrating to watch

For a 0-0 draw that was a good laugh. Poor old Jets fans.
