What a howler from Beauchamp. Puts it on a silver platter for Vidosic to give the Reds a 1-0 lead.

Unlucky Sydney. Actually Sydney unlucky to be behind.

Unlucky in that they can't shoot and can't defend?

Not sure who said last week that Sydney were sh*t, but on todays performance they are one of the best teams so far. Should be 3-0 up, instead 1-0 down. Was a penalty, this ref. also not great. A good game but the best team losing.

Well hopefully they can turn it into goals in the 2nd half. Pre-match, I put a couple of bucks on a HT/FT Adelaide-Sydney bet paying $41, so come-on Sydney!

I know, I know, its serious!

Too may tricks, flicks and frills from Sydney I reckon. Even without Brosque and Bridge up front they've got plenty of firepower but have repeatedly turned over possession trying the fancy stuff or the impatient misdirected cross after good build up.

The derby started off well enough, then the derby meandered.  Now I'm bored with the derby.

Yeah, bit of a flurry there at the end but mostly yawn-worthy.

If you thought that was a yawn, you will never be pleased. Perhaps it is because both sides are Aussies

Archie Thompson was disappointed. Very disappointed. I mean really really disappointed.

Even the 39,309 Aussies at that derby were yawning at halftime, Leggy.
