"Bolton's had a couple of moments this season".

I reckon he's had a couple of moments per match.

Payne should have shot there

From a Phoenix perspective we need NQF to win.  For the other it doesn't really matter for us so, looking purely at it from a fantasy football POV a high-scoring draw would be perfect provided Smith scores.

Pretty even so far. Hearts are a side that always seem to start slowly. I'm picking them to win.

Brisbane may miss Matty McKay - he's been a standout for them.  Also, no Broich - that's huge.

Good to see Henrique back from his broken arm.

One of the better goals I can remember from Aloisi. Took that superbly.

The best and worst of Pasfield within 30 seconds: brilliant block - which deserved much more praise from the commentators - followed by feeble flapping.

If there is any questions as to why the Nix are not in the top 4, perhaps watching the 2 best sides in the league might enlighten us. The ball is moved quickly and hardly ever just smacked up in the air to the strikers. the game is played on the ground.
There is no reason why we can't play a similar game.
Not only is it effective, it is great to watch.

That's a rarity: Flores applauds Breeze (without irony) for correctly ruling against him.

You feel like even if that hadn't deflected to Solazarno, Kosta still would have put it away, very neat pass from Nichols

well taken goal by Solrzano, should make for a very interesting last 20m

Great to see Henrique back. Enjoy watching him.

...And then he goes and does a pass like that!

Keenan injury looked bad.  Pity Adelaide couldn't get more out of the game.  Loved Fyfe's chip that hit the bar. loyalgunner2011-01-02 23:38:32

It does warm the heart that the two teams that play the best football are leading the league.

So often that doesn't happen.

I wonder if the other teams in the league will look to step it up, or search for ways to lump it longer, harder.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.
