That was miles offside. Glad to know the standard of A-League reffing is up to its usual high standards.

That wasn't even close.

Offside or not, it's frustrating, in fact downright infuriating, watching other teams score consistently through the middle with well timed runs, reverse passes, etc, rather than the Nix-patented method of run it wide, whack it over and hope for the best. Last night there were 3 or 4 times we tried something different but all failed due to misunderstandings and runs not followed through.

Gonna have to see if Garcia has some interviews on youtube, that voice must be a pisstake surely?

 And we complain about our defence. That was criminal.

This ref is so finicky. For gods sake, there is the best part of half an hour to go, Heart are up 3-0 and he gives the Heart keeper a yellow card for wasting time? Give me a break.

Some his calls for fouls are mystifying too.

Williams probably should have picked up a yellow, so he won't get that overturned. Wasn't a straight red.

Fred coughs up a penalty.

 About the first thing the ref's got right so far. Maybe Roar aren't dead yet.

I had no problem with the red. Late, although not crazy late, studs driven into the calf, way too much force... 

Looks like I turned into the game at the right time

 Going to be tough for Heart to hold out now.

Roar sneaking a draw would be a pretty decent result for us.

And the downward spiral of the Roar continues. I told everyone at the start at the season that the Roar wont make the finals and i stand by that. Every A-League side who has won a title has had to spend the next little while down the other end of the table. Happens every season.

Been looking forward to this one all week. Hope we see some goals, they will have to be well worked because these two defences are fantastic.
