Newcastle are sh*te, lucky, but sh*te.

And now good, but unlucky, definately offside.

All action. First a good save from Joan of Arc, then a disallowed goal for Song at the other end.

I almost feel sorry for Raw fans, both the home and away shirts are terrible.

Barely, although they aren't the only team in the league with rubbish strips.

Precisely, Sydney and Perth's away are pretty average as well.

Great goal, Miller, Reinaldo, Henrique and van Dijk are a terrific attacking force.

Brisbane already seem a lot more cohesive without Kruse.

Yup, signing him could of kille off Melbourne's season. Really hoping he starts tomorrow, only to be stretchered off by the 10 min mark.

What would make that Roar's kit more interesting is if they had their positions (Or rank) on those shoulder pads.

Jesus, Hoffman's terrible. That was such a weak shot straight at the keeper.

Yeah he had plenty of time to play it around the keeper

Whats up with using just one camera for a lot of the game?

Retarded defending from Topor-Stanley - should've been 3 there.

The height and distance from the field means that they need one or two cameras to cover one pitch.
As the cameras have a very good lens and are able to pick up peoples faces in the other side of the pitch.

Whereas Westpac has two or three on the pitch. One behind the fever goal, one on half way and one aimed the the fever.

Get it?
All in all, one camera can cover more areas.

Think of it like this.

Jets camera

                                      --------------PITCH------------------

Westpac Cameras

Please note distance and height from field.

Ps. The jets cameras are also set out like this.

The NZFC final a few years ago was filmed from some clubrooms so when the players ran down the line closest to the clubrooms. the camera was looking straight down with a birds eye view.

f**king hell Stefan.

Back to the game..?

Not many broadcasters like having 1 camera covering a game, as it cuts down on the replays they can show, and having more cameras provides better angles.

One camera is very much on the 'save money on broadcasting' bandwagon.

I don't see the jets clawing this back at all..
Goal from hoffman would help my fantasy team along though..

So am I but it would take some shuffling and I like my team at the moment.
Except the Brisbane Dodd. Is he even playing tonight?
