Hmm, I'd consider taking out Vargas, Hernandez and Van lesbian hasn't been that quality, he managed a pretty bollocks start to the season.
Interesting (and fair) that their are no Nix players, only consideration would be Greenie? I'd have thought that you may have included D-Mac? I mean, your current formation has Van D as target man, and I know you need a target man. I think D-Mac would fill the void adequately.

Pretty impossible to guage their coaching from a distance obviously, but i just get the impression (justified or not) that Postecoglou has really imposed his system on the Roar. It is the team he recruited playing the type of football he demands. Coolen may be doing a good job but Im not so convinced its him as opposed to the players that are responsible for the results (on balance). But as I say, its just an impression.
