Do the teams whose first teams are out of the A-League play all their top players in the NYL? Eg: Smeltz and Culina will play for the GCU team, cause you can have 3 or 4 over age players yeah?

The first bit see what valeo says below me about your Smeltz's and Culina's'. The last bit sounds about right. For example. I seem to recall Grant Brebner had a Youth League game or 2 to get fit before being recalled.

I doubt players who have finished their season like Smeltz and Culina will play

Jets won 3-2 against Perth some good football played.
No A-League players were playing.
Some watching though.
