Mariners have won three straight and six of their last eight. If they win tonight they'll have won four straight A-League games for the first time ever.
Victory have lost their last two games and won only two of their last nine.
Victory starting XI: Petkovic, Muscat, Leijer, Vargas, Broxham, Brebner, Celeski, Hernandez, Angulo, Kruse, Thompson.
CCM starting XI: Ryan, Bojic, Wilkinson, Zwaanswijk, Rose, Griffiths, Bozanic, McGlinchey, Amini, McBreen, Simon.

How is it possible that wasn't a foul on Thompson?
Leijer should've got a yellow card for a tackle from behind and Broxham was lucky he didn't get one too.

I would be fuming at the lazy CCM defender that kept the goal scorer on side if I was a Mariners fan.

How about that from Hernandez? As much as I hate MV, that was a class goal and they probably deserve to be one up now

Wow, every now and then Hernandez really does show a touch of class.

Great goal from Hernandez but the free kick was soft, that dirty little diving bastard Kruse managing to con a very poor referee.

Massive lols at Muscat elbowing Kwasnik in the head, and then when pushed back proceeded to spend 30 seconds on th deck!

Why are you surprised? He is a very good player.

Mariners are quite a pleasant contrast from last season. I'm beginning to quite like them. Especially love watching McGee tearing into defences, weaving in and out. He's dynamite at the mo.

Not 'wow' as in surprised, 'wow' as in that was a brilliant free kick.
