Sydney FC (10th) v Melbourne Heart (8th), 9pm on SS2

Liam Reddy back into starting lineup for SFC - his first start since October 16.  Nicky Carle on the bench - his first game since October 24.  SFC have lost their last three and scored no goals in those three games.

Hoffman and Skoko in for Zahra and Sarkies for MH.  Their win over Adelaide last Friday snapped a streak of six losses and a draw in their last seven, during which they'd scored just twice.

I cannot believe that the ref actually gave Srhoj a yellow for kicking the ball in the first 30 seconds. Isn't the law to stop time wasting? Ridiculous, that is his 10th yellow as well.  GenericFan2010-12-23 21:08:39

Looks bad, but doesnt seem to be causing problems.

btw TopLeft07, the stadium wont end up like the Jets stadium after the Nitro Circus in Feb I hope?

Yeah not as bad as Etihad after their ACDC concerts, I think the grass at SFS is just hanging on but at Etihad it was completely dead in most parts.

Nah we'll be sweet. Nitro Circus provide their own protective flooring which goes down the day of and comes up immediately after the show. I also understand that it's designed to do minimal damage to the turf.

From what I remember about the EAS was that it was a MotoX event or something similar where they had to truck in a whole lot of soil which took days to arrange to the track/jump set up/design. So the turf was covered for much longer and I think it had a lot more weight on it too.

Fuck this stupid game

Sydney on top, but create nothing near the box. Hope Bruno can sneak one for me.

nah, I don't want Bruno catching up to Kosta for the golden boot.

anyone wearing blue will do me, was daft and backed them to win.

dunno what to think of Petratos, he does some good work, then just stuffs it up at the end.

Bummer. I knew a 0-0 draw was going to be too much to hope for.

What was McFlynn even trying to do? Unbelievable to give away the ball like that.

They tried hard for you StopOut.

Only took 86m for someone to have the skills to be able to control a ball, and make a decent pass.

Sydney will have to use the transfer market in Jan very well, otherwise they are gonna be smashed in the ACL playing like that.

Conceded a soft goal.  We dominated, thereafter.  But we couldn't score in a whorehouse.  They scored on the handball/break X2.  Sucked.

f**k me Slater is a retard.

"Weakest Sydney side ever".

Really ?  Last time I checked Beaua Busch and Matthew Gurman weren't the centre-backs out there and the million dollar marquee was.

How's my driving? - Whine here

Luckily, I wasn't able to watch that game.

So Sydney have won 4 games, 1 of those wins were against us. Better make sure that doesn't happen again!

couldn't watch it all, thought is was some very boring football.

We will never fully decide who has won the football.
