A derby battle between the little brothers of the A-League big boys. Not sure what we could call this game, 'The Little Red Derby' maybe?

Wanderers picked up their first goal, and first win last weekend in a surprise upset of a very poor Roar side. Heart have looked quite 'ineffective' the last couple of weeks, and will be without Fred for this game. Wanderers might open the floodgates here tonight I think.

What will happen when Heart host WSW later on in the season, the home team forced to wear their away kit? Stupid FFA for designing an away kit far too close to the home kit.

Heart were running a fan designed 3rd kit competition, maybe with that game in mind. All 3 final shortlist designs are pretty much black,

Can see this game not having much excitement...Ono hasn't really done much yet

Excitement or not, a draw would put  both on the same points as us and a win to either will take them ahead.

If you are old and wise you were probably young and stupid

Yip. WSW could go ahead of us tonight. Think about that.

And then start hating on Jeronimo again.

Its rediculous really. Surely with a league our side, the away kits should have to be different from the home kit.. im looking at you heart, perth, wsw ccm...

Jesus more shit refereeing. Colosimo should have got a yellow for the first one and you would have not had Shinji with his (wrongly diagnosed) yellow card tackle. That was all red man.

Ono lucky to stay on IMO.

I know, I know, its serious!

A shit decision but the second tackle by Ono was disgraceful.

If only we could put money on there being a red card in this game.

Was very high foot, and was in direct response to not getting the first foul. Really should have been a straight red.

Leaping in with studs in the calf? I don't really think there needs to be a bigger indicator of an easy red. Agree that the first foul should have been nailed.

Mooy must be one of the best buys for this season. Don't think he will be back in Aussie for that long.

Providing score stays 1-0 WSW at halftime, im throwing $20 on Heart to win. Theyre turning into long odds but still very much capable of 3 points here

Not sure with Tadic up front. I missed the first 5 mins, is D-Mac on the bench?

HT Wanderers 1-0 up, well deserved imo. Crowd looks tiny.

He's on the bench as he's not 100% post injury.

The main thing about him is that just about every buildup and attack goes through him, so he is easily the busiest player. That said, he does spray a lot of passes all over the shop and lose possession at critical times. He's clearly getting better week by week but I'm not quite as sold on him yet.

Yeah that's why I originally thought he may not have been in the match day squad. Maybe a bung DMac is still better than a Tadic
