So, I was under the impression that the season update was today. I put 3 players up for sale with auctions closing between 11pm and midnight today. However, on the homepage of the site it says the season update is in 8ish hours (midnight tonight), but it also says the  season updated at 12:30 pm today:

So, are my player's auctions going to finish before the season updates? So I'll miss out on potential income from people wanting to cash in the ir sponsor money etc?

If so, that'll piss me off because when I put the players up for sale I thought that it would close in the new season, and I would have held off otherwise.

Denmark is 12 hours behind NZ so if that post further up the thread is to be believed the season should update in 5 hours

Right, I think I've actually figured this out - 9pm is when the site goes offline for updates, midnight is when they should be done and the new season officially starts, and the 12:30 Season update is just BS...

What stats do you guys look at for your penalty taker? Just finishing, or do set pieces, routine, professionalism etc also impact it?

According to an advice thing I was reading before, technique seems to come into penalties and set piece taking more than I would have thought.

Looking to get a centre mid at some point, any advice on what skills to most prioritise... Find it a tricky position as so many factors important. Thinking of looking for good passing and workrate, and decent stamina... ? (not going to splash out massively so going to have to accept some skills will be stink).

How long do you have to wait after buying a player before you can sell them again?

Sweet, cheers. Annoyingly it's not mentioned in the user guide section on transfers at all.

I just picked up a 33yo 4.5* DM/M C with about 50 rec for $30m. I reckon I should be able to make a handy profit on him
