Yea I've been keeping an eye out for keeper for a long while and seems basically you'll be dropping some pretty decent cash on one no matter what but getting a kiwi one means a bunch more $$ gone.
From what I've seen around the league games a solid keeper can in fact save some pretty rubbish teams so I'm kind of surprised they aren't even more overpriced than already.

Yea I'm playing a 21y/o 4* pot kiwi keeper in the hopes I get him to at least 3.5* but a true 4* means sinking some serious dollars - barely any urgent replacement needs that be the next thing I'm targeting but we'll see how he develops for now.

don't need an RB have two currently at 3* one pot 4* and one pot 5*. it's likely that one will be up for sale soonish, but he looks the good with 17 tackling

He's played 5 games in 13 seasons! That's an expensive player to have on the books not playing, 2.2 million a week in wages!

These prices are too crazy for me on the transfer market, I just can't pull the trigger, keep getting bid up into the 150 million mark on guys I want, big NZ talents too. Very frustrating, might just have to keep 300 mill hanging around for an evntual promotion.
transfer market is horrid in the first week. I want to get in on it a) tom get a 4* keeper quickly, although that may change if I win on a couple of other targets, and b) so I don't los emoney when monday rolls around
I have some money, hunting for a long term replacement for Skjovska who retires at the end of the season, issue is Keepers are going at stupid prices right now, and I have a 4* Pot guy on my bench (Though not sure he is quite good enough to step in). So going to probably hold off til midseason now and just upgrade my facilities some more.
I shelled out for a 4* striker as mine have been crap... this should enable the Thunder to push for promotion after a 6th then 4th going out in the 1st round of playoffs. Hopefully it was (loadsa) money well spent!
