Draw gets released at 2pm NZ time.

Things I would like to see:

ADL/PER, SYD & MEL double headers

FIFA Windows

Sunday Afternoon games

Only 2 Home & Away games

Things we will probably get:

None of the above

7pm Sunday Kick Offs

FFA accidentally published a a summary of the draw on their website early. Only Nix related tidbit is that we are playing the NYE game at CCM.

Piecing together the Rnd One leaks, its City vs Brisbane, CCM v Jets, Victory v Sydney, WSW v Glory leaving us to play Adelaide.

I hope that the FFA took Muscats comment seriously and scheduled us vs the Victory in the international window as it seems as though they'll be in line to lose 4 or 5 players (including their complete front row) so will be pretty comparable to us.

I hope our first game isn't at home as it always clashes with Bathurst and this year, I'm actually going to be there.

Away games played in sweltering hot conditions at 4.30pm Aus time.

City/Roar is the Friday game, CCM/Jets & Victory/Sydney are Saturday games. If there is two Sunday games, I would guess that we are the early game so likely to be at home.

No more Travelling Circus. Only 1 home/away game in Auckland 17th March, 12 games at Westpac this year

I wouldn't be so sure

The club are happy to announce that at least 10 games will be played at Westpac Stadium this season, with 1 or 2 home games to be hosted elsewhere, the specific dates of which are yet to be confirmed.

So Kosta returns to the stadium on December 3rd at the family friendly time of 7pm Sunday, and then will be back in January.

Ernie and Mossy don't come back to Wellington at all.

Then the draw list isn't final on stadiums because list I've seen it is all Westpac apart from the one Auckland game, so must be planning on moving one

Yeah same. That draw you've seen was linked in the same press release I got that quote from though, which is weird?

Maybe if Wellingtonians pull finger out and actually turn up to RoF games (no whining about weather, traffic, parking, food, "bad time for the kids", the team are losing, Welnix don't write me enough emails or offer me swag etc), then Welnix will reconsider and there will only be that one Auckland game taken away from Da Hoam Ov Phootball.

Good draw.

First week of the A-league could be a FIFA International window so our backup stars could be called to the frontline if NZF has a friendly planned. Also Jets and Glory to be playing our backup squad if the All Whites make it to the Inter-Continental play-off.

I can assure you 100% that the FFA did not take Alice Cooper into consideration at all when scheduling the league, and why should they?

We all know the FFA could not give a fudge about crowd at the events.  As long as Murdoch and the Fox management are happy they don't give a fudge about anyone else.

The only people complaining about a lack of swag that I've seen is Aucklanders, last year the excuse that everyone on here gave was that they didn't get a free ticket.

Friday night is always going to be hard because of time zones but the 7pm Sunday's are daft. They seem to have given a few teams that horrible KO time at least, so we are not alone in being stuck with them.

7 PM Sunday KOs: Sydney 3 (One is  a Sydney Derby), City 3, CCM 3 (One is the NYE game), Nix 3

6:30 PM Sunday KOs: Adelaide 2

6 PM Sunday KOs: Roar 2, WSW 1

I am a supporter of the Phoenix football team so long as every game is exactly when I want it.  Otherwise I'll whine about the FFA and Murdoch and Welnix and every other thing I can think of.

Jesus, once upon a time you guys were sort of fun.  Now you are all just a bunch of moaning wankers. :)

Ten or more home games of A League football.  Fudgeing hopeless.  We should have the Premier League here.  And only the top six teams.  And maybe the top four Champions League sides, but that's it.  And fudgeing not on Sunday.

Will they confirm the 1 or 2 extra "home" games outside Wellington before season tix go on sale? I'll miss 4 games while away over school holidays, and then possibly these 1 or 2 other games. Of the games I can attend, 3 are at 7 pm on Sunday nights, 1 is on a Wednesday night, and 1 is in Auckland if I manage to get up there. The Nix Six pass has never looked so tempting.

Because Alice Cooper is an icon and I like him very much.

I know!

The first game is during School Hols, the second is Alice Cooper.

Has anyone checked the other dates up against Ed Sheeran and Lorde?

Who? Go on, name them

Shame about the game being at that sharkhouse North Harbour stadium though. If it was at Mount Smart, I would have been a lot happier as it is dead easy to get to via Bus and Train. Time to let someone else do the  driving so to speak.

Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!
