It was a good effort in general. There's a new groupf of fans at the top of Aisle 24 making a lot of noise and starting up that aisle singing. Some of them can be seen here........

A friendly, noisey bunch that show a lot of humour......and Sanchez is a true legend!!
Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

Did I leave too soon?

Me and the missus were in Aisle 25 tonight, my first time in ages I haven't stood in the zone. She was knackered, long day, and I'm a gentleman before a Feverite I'm afraid.

But hey, I can now say we had our first kiss at a Phoenix match. That's how much I love the 'nix

I'm pleased to see so many non-football people I know taking a real interest in the Phoenix. Not transposed itself into actually turning out at games, but hopefully next season that's exactly what will happen and we will see 20,000 at each home match.  Is that unrealistic...??  I keep looking longingly at the ghost town that is the far end of the ground, and think of how much nicer it would look full of fans....!!

Hey things are really looking up for you then Robb! Good to meet you at the BB - funny that you ended up in Aisle 25 where I usually go with my wife and son the same night I got to go in the Zone for the first time - it was a blast! Can't wait for my next opportunity!

I thought the same pao1908 - it actually looks worse from the Zone I reckon - usually sit (and I mean sit unfortunately!) further round in Aisle 25.

I think I heard my wife say earlier today that she might not be up for the Sydney game, so who knows, might get in the Zone 2 games on the trot - we can but dream....!
