I have to say that the kits used by Melbourne and Adelaide in this weeks AFC Champions League games look sooooo much better than their normal A-League ones. Melbourne looked more like a top European side with their new kit, compared to looking like a rugby league side with that stupid 'V' on their A-League kit. What do you guys think?

They look like an AFL side with their current top, due to the "stupid V" being taken straight from the Victorian AFL teams top, and I assume so that the rest of the state (and AFL fans) can identify with the team, I guess. I like the V kit quite a bit, but the ACL top looks good and I can see how it looks more football like.
That said, I believe the only reason the V is gone is because they needed numbers on the front of the tops.

I'm not really a fan of the V, but that doesn't matter because I'm Phoenix 'til I die 
Not really a fan of the new uniform either, kinda prefer the one they wore before the A-League mattered the Phoenix entered the competition
