Further to my earlier post where we discussed when Ross would have to serve his suspension from last years final red card I read he is serving his suspension this Saturday in the game against CCM - thats great news and means he'll be on the pitch vs Victory......

Yeah, have to say I was suprised by that.

That seems like a bit of a cheeky way to get out of it eh :o

It's a competative fixture - so why not.

Seems we have only 10 players though, um...that may be tricky & not a great start or indeed advert for the Phoenix franchise.

Only 13 fit players. Even if the U20 signings we're signed I doubt they'd be available. Any word on the last spot. Maybe Andy Barron or is there a chance of a Marquee player?

Ye im not sure about last spot i was thinking him to but to tell u da truth no doubt we need another defender!!!

Remember that someone signed for the Pre-Seaon cup doesn't count as part of the 23 man A-League squad.  The only restriction here would be an international transfer to Australia for anyone signed (possibly).

My bet is we might find some young Aussies, plus the final two U-20's that will make the squad.

yeh give Tambo a run

just give some promising players from the central league a go. they won't get more than 10 mins, but at least it gives us numbers. Anyway, we have Ross back for this weekends game, and hopefully Tim and the others back v.soon.
