Annoyed at Radio Sport

ive got a song that wont take long, Adelaide are rubbish.. the second verse is same as the first.. ADELAIDE ARE RUBBISH

Last November I won phoenix gear on the Total Football Show and since I have not recieved anything. These are the emails sent and received. Starts at bottom upwards.
 
Just wondering what I should do as I would like my gear...

 This one has slipped through the net of the producer at Radio Sport and to be completely honest I cannot recall the prize � but can recall the question!

 Can you let me know what you were due to win? (and don�t say a new car!)

 I am assuming it is some Phoenix Merchandise from RYOS.

About 6 weeks ago, I entered a competition via text on the Saturday night �Total Football Show� with Andrew Dewhurst. The question was to do with how many yellow cards were issued during the Newcastle Phoenix game. The answer was 4. Around 10pm that evening I received a text saying �correct answer mate, we�ll get you that stuff out to you, thanks.� Since receiving the text I have not heard anything about the goods.

 Could you clarify if the prize has been sent, and if so when? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Its seems fairly obvious to me....print out your emails and take them into Phil at Ryos, or phone him first to discuss.  He's on here a fair bit so you could always PM him, and he appears to be a top bloke by some of his posts, by what others say about him and for his support of all things Nix and all things football.....

Sure its a genuine mistake by RadioSport and it'll be fixed in no time if you talk to Phil.
