Ordered my membership the day of the Open Day, after Ticketek man there assured me that tickets would be delivered before first game, after 4 phone calls, 3 emails, 20 mins at the ticket office prior to Perth game, & still no ticket, they can't even be arsed to respond to messages or emails!
Anyone else in the same boat?

Sounds like you need to complain to someone who isn't Ticketek - Nix Management. That also sucks to do, but you tend to get results.

Do you think it was a coincidence that I had copied my emails to TONY P, & Tony looked into it for me? Cheers Tony, we shouldnt have to ask the CEO of the club to help sort out ticket issues, but it shows how genuine the guys at the Phoenix are, when someone of Tony's standing takes the time to do what he can to help & reply to emails, it's much appreciated.
