FFA Rules and Regulations: Article 21 - Exceptional Misconduct.
Section D.
ALL incidents of misconduct which occur during a game and which are brought to the attention of the FFA after said game may be subject to disciplinary action. There will be no exceptions to this rule, except in situations where:
a) Incidents of misconduct by Newcastle Jets players which have been dealt with by the administration of a caution by match officials in the course of the game. This covers relatively minor incidents such as striking Assistant Referees in the knackers or urinating in the referees mug of tea at half time. (N.B. Fondling the breasts of female match officials is also exempt under these circumstances)
b) Old, overweight, bald Newcastle Jets players who are seen to strike opposition
players will be exempt from the disciplinary process. This exemption will be
made on the basis that he didnt mean it, particularly if the act of violence has
been perpetrated against a player from the New Zealand franchise
c) All incidents of misconduct by any player registered with the FFA, and which
have been missed by our half-blind match officials, will be severely
punished. This, of course, does not apply to Newcastle Jets players,
where said misconduct will be regarded as high spirited larking about and
will, therefore, be ignored and, when occurring against New Zealand teams,
will be actively encouraged
Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Can the team do anything? Like ask for him to be cited? Why has this matter seemed to be just forgotten about over all forms of media?
I don't know where the thread is, but there was one about which team should be our rival because we hate them the most (something like that), and after careful deliberation I have come to the conclusion that I hate Newcastle.
Unfortunately, also next season.
Oi Oi Edgecumbe... lets have a clean sheet
