Are people thinking about making some banners for the next home Phoenix match? We saw the Melbourne fans with a few and perhaps there could be a few banners around the Yellow Fever part?

What would be appropriate and what wouldn't?

A Yellow Fever one?

One reading "We're not Auckland (or Dorkland if preferred) anymore!"?

Thoughts.

Would be cool if there was a few banners.



I apologise if there was banners - I couldn't see any from aisle 23.

Well, I think that the official Phoenix banner + 3000 fans madly waving Phoenix scarves (and there are some Phoenix flags at the club store) is pretty effective already!  Might resemble the sevens too much with homemade banners... I think it's all about the Phoenix merchandise already on sale, and the chants... In my humble opinion anyway...

The Melbourne lads talked about two areas in their stadium, one being more European and including a lot of flags and banners.  I think it would be great, especially as the TV cameras naturally pan to us as the players run out, to have a load of flags waving like mad...

Great idea for load's of banners, we should have a huge one that goes right over the yellow  fever area at the match build up, maybe saying "COME ON YOU NIX", or whatever anyone else thinks
