Timbers beat LAFC 2-1. Portland’s run of clean sheets ends. Though was a class strike by LAFC striker.

Actually from highlights this was a quality match. Portland's home games look like fun - and nice celebration for their 2nd goal.

Gleeson on the bench.

In potentially good news for Tuiloma, Liam Ridgewell only lasted 6 mins before being replaced. Obviously an injury, who knows how bad.

Not playing for Timbers II who have just kicked off. So presume back with MLS side who play Colorado later on, in a big game for Mr Hudson

He posted an Instagram story captioned Denver, Colorado, so safe to assume he's in the match day squad

Tuiloma gets a run today for Timbers II (coached by Cameron Knowles), in the USL - presumably to keep his fitness up.

They host Fresno FC, who don't have Cory Brown in their match day squad. Brown was subbed at half time, a few weeks back and hasn't played since - so maybe currently injured.

Tuiloma plays 90 mins, and picks up a yellow as Timbers II get beaten 4-2 by Fresno.

Finishes 0-0. No minutes for either of the Kiwis.

Timbers are tracking very well in the Western Conference. Lie 4th, but have at least 2 games in hand over all the 3 teams (Dallas, LAFC & Sporting KC) above them. They are on a great 14 game unbeaten run - since about the time Gleeson was replaced in  goal by Attinella!

Last loss was against Orlando way back in April, when they blew a 2-0 lead at Orlando, conceding 3 very late goals in 7 mins.

So is obviously hard for Tuiloma to break into the starting lineup currently.

Portland play at LAFC again midweek, this time in the US Open Cup.

Two days after being an unused sub in MSL, starts for Timbers II against Tulsa.

Timbers II lead 3-0 at HT, Tuiloma with first goal - header I presume?

Have a feeling he is too good for USL, but may need to move to a weaker team (Colorado?), to be a regular MSL starter.

Needs to move on from the Timbers. He has played decently when featured in the first team and seems to be too good for the USL, should try look at another MLS team.

Up to other MLS teams to trade for him, hopefully he has sparked some interest from other clubs.
