IMO Bozza would be a great influence. He is very loud and would get the boys up for the game, no doubt.

Still has it in him as well. Seeing some of those saves that he made in that farcical game in Auckland reminded be of the Bosnich of old (minus drugs).

If he is fit enough i'd probably play him over both Moss and Paston anyway..

Exactly, he may well have been trying to impress for a contract and got hung out to dry by some pathetic defending and a rubbish referee who was clearly biased.

Bosnich is the man. Bring him, start him. Moss can sit on the bench, he could use the practice for when he gets to Victory.

I say sign 'em as 1st choice gk.  Moss should keep the bench warm for a little longer as he ain't quite good enough.  And also as he's leaving us next year....

prior to the galaxy game the other night I would have said yes, but hearing how he reportedly acted at half time by bagging everybody makes me think otherwise.

he is old but he still does have what it takes.

Its reportedly incorrect then.

just a sky news report. Don't know how much of a case for Bosnich it makes, but would be awesome to have him at the club, even if just for a bit.

Bosnich could be the best keeper in the league, he is world's above anyone else at the top of his game.  He didn't do a thing wrong for CCM, I can't believe there are people doubting this?

And I mean it's bosnich!  How could anyone NOT want him playing for us?!

Yep. He's bloody articulate as well which could only help in the dressing room.

I see TV 3 in their late news said that the Nix were interested in a short term contract and that Bosnich had also expressed an interest in signing for the Nix!

Developing story??

Bosnich is awesome. Bring him over. He has a lot of experience and could definitely teach Moss and Paston a thing or two (even if he doesn't get a start).

No he didn't, he threw his toys at the Match officials not his team.

In fact one of the points he made was that if the ref was so keen on Becks scoring, he wouldn't bother putting a wall up and just let him take a shot.

At no point was Bosnich venting at his own teammates.

Yes, that why I suggested we tie him to the goal. That way he cant muck it up.

Hard to take seriously - It also says that Leilei Gao and Ahmed El**ch were notable players

They were both notable players. It was just that they were notable for all the wrong f**king reasons.....

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

All that aside... I'd like to see him signed.

He'd be great from a publicity/PR perspective, and he's the type of player that people would pay to come and see. He would also contribute to the improving perceptions of the Nix in Oz, particularly if it was into next season also.

His signing would also help ppl move on the Adelaide debacle (V2).

Most importantly however, we should sign him because he's the best available and his experience would bring a lot to our team (esp with our relatively inexperienced defence) and he's a guy that's used to winning - even if that also relates to the early morning queue at Brumby's...

Also, he's better than either of the keepers we currently have - sore ribs or not.

If we want to make a charge into the top four, he can only help.

Get 'im!

Problems.

1, Any keeper we are likely to sign for next season will already be with a club... they are hardly likely to say 'go and trial in Wellington for a few weeks', particularly if they are at an A-League or NZFC side.

2, Banners has retired.

Yeah, good enough reasons for me then.  With all considered Bosnich would be good then.

TV3 just ran another story linking Bosnich to us..

Although nothing has been said officially, I am pretty confident that we will be seeing Bozza at the RoF on Saturday, whether it be on the bench or starting.

TBH I am quite excited by the prospect. After all he is the best keeper ever to come out of this area of the world, and his personality is HUGE (yes waiting for the 'fixed' replies!). Might even help get more bums on seats.

Once we get him as a guest we can then do what we did with Manny and get him on a full contract.

WE love you Bozza, yes we do!

I agree i think Bosnich would be a good signing....and would be first choice over Moss & Paston...Moss has shown his loyalty, which is no with the Nix and Paston is only good as a backup

Assuming this is true, as injury cover he would be available for as long as Paston is out, including the finals (if we make it)?
