Smeltz/Coveny needed to get that chance I feel. There wont be any/many more.

Use of subs could play a huge part as well. They have Patafta on the bench.

Fair call. Prob is Cov's is playing ass. His age is definately becoming a factor, he's just walking around up front, not going anywhere near tackles and his touches have been sh*te. Bring him off, put Kwasnik and Smeltz up front and bolster the midfield.

Not really. Neither team has. Very dull affair.

Kwasnik isnt playing well either. Is Bertos still injured? He wouldve been better. This would be perfect for Draper and Costa but they aren't on the bench - instead we have 3 midfielders.

Just saw the replay of the chance - Coveny could have knocked it in if he wasn't so lazy/sluggish.

Gao's head knock was pathetic.  He wasn't hurt at all.  He was milking nothing and it was painful to watch.  I suppose the ref figures if he was so hurt he lay on the ground for at least 1 minute then he can go wear a bandage.  And if he doesn't need a bandage it was simulation and he deserves a yellow card.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very sneaky stuff from Covs but it was pretty clumsy defending as well. Cool penalty from Smeltz as always.

im just saying gao does nothing..rarely involved and wen he is he goes down trying to milk free kicks and just ends up making a fool out of himself and the club.
