Can we implement Sydney Cove's Forum Features?

Being a member of the 'Sydney Unofficial forum' for quite a while
now i realise that they have a few novelty features we dont have
i.e. the "Fanbase" feature for each member and the "Custom title"
i.e. mine is "Yellow Feverite", and other little things. Are these
options available and i've missed them some,e how? or is it just
not part of the coding and what not used to make this forum?
