Anyone else having trouble with their Club membership "benefits" the login details they gave me don't work on this site http://memberships.ticketek.co.nz/PHOENIX/Product/PackagesOnSale.aspx?bookingmode=True and I'm not able to enter the code they sent me for the special facebook page as it just keeps refreshing to the landing page.
Who do I speak to for my free ticket?
I can't get into any special "membership" page on facebook, or anywhere else. The free ticket you got a little ticket like thing in the pack, take that to a ticketek office or to a game and exchange it for a ticket.
