So, I don't know if it means anything, but today the Nix put this pic up on their Twitter for he team photo shoot.

You will see there the kits for James McGarry (15) and Alex Rufer (14), but not Gulley (3, unless he's been moved) or Sail.

Is it possible the 2nd keeper kit is for Sail and Italiano is still in WA? Can't for the life of me tell what numbers are on the keeper kits.

Could be other shirts out of shot too. I wouldn't read anything into it

Only 16 kits which is 3 less than the number of contracted players that we know of

I can't see a number 22 in that photo. Definitely some missing.

Roy might not be back from Rio. Lewis from WA.

The image is bigger than what is shown (open the image in a new tab), 22 is there.

Italiano played the 2nd half for WA XI v Glory and made some good saves, whilst not conceding a goal.

We've just signed 23 yo Aussie Adam Parkhouse from Manly United...

Anyone know anything about this lad?

He is eligible for the mature aged rookie spot (over 21 and hasnt been a pro for 18+ months), hopefully we are using it.

Imagine we will be considering the way we use the marquee spots.

Another Not a Striker?

Welcome Adam!

Came out of nowhere. Did Ernie just get confused with the Serbian blokes name?

Is this the most under the radar signing we've made?

Looks very promising even if it is only the good points. Some great goals.

Why...

Because Wellington is a long way from Manly ... and that what he is used to...

does it open up a paradox if the reason Midfielder doesn't work too well on this forum is that he's a long way from Central Coast???

Quite possibly one of the most  underwhelming highlight reels on there. Half the footage was him hitting corners. The two footed segment was pretty embarrassing. Not knocking the guy but that clip doesn't do it for me. Hence why we don't sign players off clips alone! (Anymore- thanks to George).

Apart from Manny has any player signed from these state leagues (without previous A league experience) ever done a decent job for the NIX?

Auckland will rise once more

Not really. Closest would be Alex Smith who never played for GCU, and Powell who only had 18 SFC appearances and a season in the NSW league in between that and the Nix, which it seems he was signed on the basis of.

You know we belong together...

You've fallen for his trick - I'm not sure any of the goals are his, he's the guy playing simple passes, shark corners that end in lucky screamers, and having his shots easily saved.

Don't expect him to light up the league - but if he knocks in a few for us off the bench i'll be happy.
