I saw this guy for the first time last week and my opinion at the time was that he didn't even look like a footballer. Sorry, but I thought Covney was garbage and never looked like scoring.

Garbage relative to the team or relative to the A-League standards?

If we dropped everyone who wasn't playing well, I don't think Smeltz & Moss could cope on their own.

relative to both.

Yip, relative to both.

One effort sticks in my mind, where he tried a shot from a ridiculous angle and it just ended up going high and wide (v Central Coast last week). Just did not look like a pro footballer.

Of the Knights players, Jonas Salley would be about the only one that's fallen on his feet, wouldn't he?

Yeh haven't heard about Alen Marcena, he was good. Jonas is the man though. The Nix cuold sure do with him.

Marcena sounded like he had it all planned out in front of him with regards to the Canadian national side. But unless you find a worthwhile club to play for, international ambitions will fade quickly.

Theoklitos was with the Kingz. The fat Danny Milosevic was with the Knights.

Hard to believe that he was at Leeds during their Premiership days. Danny Missalotevic?
