Yeah I remember him, pretty decent pre-season. Only problem is, hes a foreigner (portugese) and he's always injured (throughout his career) so for me, not worth a pot.

Yeah he had great potential apparently but just too prone to injury. Shame really, but we cant have important foreign spots filled by someone so liable to injury

Because last season there was no import rule

The FA changed the rules for A-league V3 and now it is only four imports allowed.

hmm, thats sorta lame. do players playing in nz/aus count b4 they go to an a-league side count? they must have nz or aus passport? so they shouldnt count as imports?

NZ players count as imports to every A-league team except for the Phoenix...and Yes I think that you ave to hold a passport..not sure though.

No, we have an upper hand as we can have NZ and Aus and non foreign
