He'll start off quite well but fade towards the end of the recipe.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

What did he create for us, or will I have to "Watch Again" on the TVNZ website
 
I'm partial to some Brazillian Fish Pie, but this is probably the wrong forum for that discussion
