Hello,

I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong or not but I am trying to buy a season ticket online for the Yellow Fever zone but it doesn't seem to be letting me choose my seat? I have tried clicking on seating preferences but it just comes up with the following -

Seating Preferences on your orders
<!-- 5.0.1 --> < ="/Phoenix/WebResource.axd?d=Rmlsu1HymHi7BuQba-AH0CXCQUUmAiRHJgsp87dMananT3K9bd0H489-rO6XoMtfnUajtG4U0T7MCu5oDWUa1pwPOATwem-EwtH_3HCFUWI1&t=633276467360000000" =text/>     Order Product Category Number & Type Preference
There are no orders available
Do I just need to take what I am given in terms of seats, or is that area sold out??

Also, a box keeps popping up asking me for my password and whether I click 'ok' or 'cancel' it keeps popping up, although it does let me go to the next screen still??

And the final question - if I order it today/tomorrow, will I receive it on time??

Unfortunately you can't choose your seat on line.

Best option would be to call the Ticketek Phoenix line (04 384 2457). They can confirm the availability, or otherwise, of the seat you prefer and let you know alternatives.

Cheers mate. Ah well, 'best available' may be quite literal anyway so I might just take my chances! May not necessarily sit in the seat all the time anyway as if my mate comes to the game we will likely need to sit elsewhere to accomodate both of us.

Can anyone shed any light on whether a season ticket would be delivered on time? I notice some people still don't seem to have theirs despite ordering a while ago on another thread. What's the contingency if they don't arrived? Back home they would just sell you a ticket and then refund the money when you had the season ticket...

No chance of having it by SUnday.

Ah, see my question above then...?

Seems a bit strange you can't just buy one over the counter - or what about at the ticketek shop down at the Town Hall??

I'd ask Ticketek - if I order a season ticket today I won't get it before this Sunday - how do I get in without having to buy a single match ticket ?

Probably a few others interested in the answer.

The season tickets are manufactured with your name, seat number and relevant bar Code on them.

That line will tell you the contingency, but last year it was paper tickets.

I don't understand, how is that contingency?

I ordered my season ticket over the phone yesterday (Monday). Took about 5 mins to do and was able to choose my Aisle and Row, though I had no idea about specific seat numbers so just took a gamble on that.

I was told that as it is close to match day, my season ticket will definitely not arrive in time. Therefore, they will be printing a paper ticket which I will have to pick up either on Friday from Ticketek or from the stadium on match day. They said they will ring to let me know which it will be.

Hope that helps.
