Dmac would have been an OK squad player for next year.......we had better get rojas and Ward on board very soon other wise we will be have to get a stack of new players.
I must admit I am finding this all quite unsettling. Financial worries, recievership threats, a big group of players leaving or as yet un re-signed. We need some good news.....and soon!!!

D Mac would be happy to stay, spoke to him after the awards. He has not yet been offered a new contract and has an open mind to one. He enjoyed his Phoenix experience. So, club, get the contract on the table and lets see what happens.

To be optimistic - if Ricki hasn't got the Hammer signed up with, that might mean he has a lead on a better striker. But it would be a shame to lose the Hammer after he had to put in all those frustrating weeks playing against NZFC teams in front of 10 men, a dog and jordybean.
