cheers stevo, nothing too earth shattering, but good to hear a bit of chat from Timmo

Kent seemed reasonably well informed on football and the Nix - good to hear

Yeah- Kent is quality, always more than keen to talk Footy.
I would like to see Leo come in for Kwassie this weekend, dont think it will happen though. I also would like to see the Holy Trinity get some time on the pitch together at some stage, preferably when we are 4-0 with 20 to go and Ricky gives in to our calls of wanting 5,6 and fuk it why not 7!

Leo on the radio this morning, although I was dozing in and out seemed like an interesting chat. He is unaware of any players that support Spurs, he supports Liverpool. Didn't give to much away regards team for this week. Was about 8.10 if anyone can be bothered finding it

We tried Bertos, Gao and Daniel but it was obvious you cant have all three on the park at once (they are too lazy).

When?

I can only remember it happening in a pre season game, and it looked good.

That's because it was the only time the three of them played together.

I expect he's a decent sort of bloke and I don't mean him any harm
but I hope Charlie Miller's hernia goes ballistic on him.
The meow will definitely be leaving Wellington with zero points if he's
out of sorts

WELLINGTON Phoenix head coach Ricki Herbert is set to stick with a winning formula when his team tackles the Queensland Roar in Wellington on Sunday.

Herbert indicated he was likely to start the same XI from last weekends 1-0 win against the Central Coast Mariners, with the only last-minute question mark over the makeup of his bench for the match at Westpac Stadium.

See.. Same XI.

Forcast for Sunday....bitter gale southerlies and showers....max 11 degrees....wind chill 3 degrees. Bit of a bummer as it means a smaller crowd but great for the team. Our boys tough it out all the time training in this sort of weather. The Raw boys have been training in hot sunny 35 degree Brisbane. It will give us an advantage.

Pleased to see Ricki stick with the same team but like everone else would like to see Super Leo start instead of Kwasnik......GO THE NIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If we take our shirts off for the boys, then considering the current state of the weather, we'll need to remove the other 3 layers before you see any sign of skin!

Onto the match itself...
I'd love to see the promise of our creative trio (Leo, lei lei, Daniel) unleashed - even if not all together - for a comprehensive attack inspired botty spanking.

Ground conditions, weather, what has gone before, reality, suggests something similar to their last visit - a 1-1 draw (or thereabouts).

What say you all YF?

I know, I know, its serious!

Highlights of the the first match v Qld on the TV - a little reminder of Daniel is capable of setting up Smeltz.

Also, Kwasnik hitting the bar - would he be a YF favourite now had that gone in?
