Effigy burning - season review

Let's look back at who I suggested we burn effigies of at the start of the season (http://www.yellowfever.co.nz/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=74&KW=effigy):

Melbourne - Harold Bishop

Adelaide - that stupid bitch off the adverts on the tele (if we cannot be bothered to build an effigy that week, we could just burn her)

Cold Coast - Kelly Slater

Sydney - the entire cast of CSI

Queensland - Wally Lewis

Newcastle - Alan Shearer

Perth - Michael Hussey

So what has changed?  My current list for next season is as follows:

Melbourne � Kath and Kim, honourable mentions to Harold Bishop and Kiwi Pie (just kidding � Kiwi Pie is massive, so it would take too long to make)

Adelaide � stupid bitch off the adverts on the tele, with an honourable mention to Cassio, as my watch recently broke

Newcastle � the bullock puncher, with honourable mentions to both his parents and all 4 grand parents if they are still alive.

Sydney � Russell Crow, with honourable mentions to the entire Swans outfit

Central Coast � I need some help here people��..

Brisbane � Steve Irwin's monkey faced daughter, or Wayne Bennnet, or Seo, or Karmichael Hunt, or���.

Perth � Michael "Mr Hussey" Cricket

I really need some help with CC effigy.  Any ideas?
