Says all the right things. Another nice bit of publicity for us.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

The only diss he had was for the weather.  And I don't blame him.  This run of rubbish is starting to piss me off too.

I had a good laugh though.....We remind him a bit of Lebanon....Is Tama Iti & his Crew now in Wellington?? Seriously though, I have heard that Lebanon is indeed a beautiful City and the locals are indeed, warm and friendly. it's the outsiders that cause the trouble.

Back to Mr Elrich, I think he will be a valuable edition. He & Plodder can tie up  that right hand side quite nicely. I reckon Plodder has done a better job than given credit for. These two guys could easily overlap on the field and create even more chances for our strikers.

Sounds like time for a new poll...........Cut or uncut?

I'll get me coat!

Seriously, having this fella on board means more experience being shared around the squad which can only be a benefit. I'm sure he will have brought some good habits & practices to the club.

Yep, top man and top player alright....and when he admits to carrying a few extra kilos he's an instant hero of mine.....

He sure has the hunger and has plenty to prove......can't wait for him to be fit and unleash down the right with Plodder.  Switching over to Lochead and Daniel on the left......beautiful footie we'll be playing.

Bring on those 7 summer nights of home games over Dec/Jan......HEAVEN!!!!

Reading this blogg I think you guys don't quite realise what a gem you have.

He was in 2005 in the OZ side and very close in 2006 to being in the Oz side. He wants to get back in and is also a nice guy to boot, excellent normally with media.

Look at the talent in the OZ mid, (see list below) all in Europe and most in first division clubs and he is capable of making it back in. Apart from Nick Ward all have played for OZ in recent years and the list does not include the guys in the under 23 and under 20 squads trying to break into Socceroo team.

The following sits list all OZ players overseas and their clubs, look up the clubs  the players listed below are with. Then maybe you will start to realise what a gem you have.

Bresciano, Mark
Cahill, Tim
Carle, Nick ,
Carney, David ,
Emerton, Brett
Grella, Vince ,
Kewell, Harry ,
Sterjovski, Mile ,
Thwaite, Michael ,
Valeri, Carl ,
Wilkshire, Luke
Ward, Nick ,

Socceroo/ Mariner / Whangarei

We realise that he is a great player and we're excited about how well he will do  - but it aint going to matter if he doesn't show it on the park for us. valeo2007-10-19 02:01:25
