Agreed. We needed someone on the bench to offer somthing different and threaten to nick a goal.

If the new owners want our crowds to stay half decent they need to open their tight purses and get us a decent striker or two.

I'll say it again - We need a goal scorer.  Discipline is a problem but if we had a goal scorer this match would have been won by half time

Lets just settle for a (x) goal a season striker than we can afford, rather than pursing some vain dream of unaffordablity.

from what i saw, it should have been because the keeper only had ONE hand on the ball.

but i'm not really sure why the ref blew the whistle, like if it was a foul somewhere else ?
