#FeverBus to New Plymouth: expressions of interest wanted

Hey Feverites.

You've probably heard that the Nix will be taking on NZ A in New Plymouth on August 23rd. There's been a little bit of interest from the New Plymouth end to try to get as many Fever people as possible up for the game, so there might be a Fever Bus that will head up.

The options are to either go up on the Saturday and back on Sunday after the match, or to go up on the Sunday morning instead. It'll be down to what the overall preference of those going on the trip will want.

In order to get the bus confirmed, we need to make sure there are enough people keen to make worthwhile. Nothing worse than a bus of just News and his "friends". So please post in this thread if you'd like to come up for a #FeverTour.

I am going in the Fever Bus, regardless of which day it is, and regardless of whether thew Fever Bus is going. I am that keen.

(Actually if the Fever bus is not going, I will drive up and back and there will be seats available in the mini-Fever bus.)

Bevan, if the Fever bus ends up being Satuday up, Sunday home, I will take you up on the accomodation offer you mentioned at the Hui. If the Fever bus turns out to be Sunday day trip, I will pass. So if you can find someone else who wants to take you up on the accomodation unconditionally, let them have it and just let me know.

Keen, but price dependant.

First bus trip that will take 4 hours to get up and 9 hours to get back ;) Very temptiing. But would rather buy my ST first.

Will have a group of Aucklanders coming down for this, currently about a dozen.

Quick update for you all. Bus is definitely going ahead - just in the process of confirming the little details with the bus company so far. Likely to be $50 each for the return trip to cover the cost of hiring the bus. Will leave the morning of the game and return after the match is over.
