The house went wild - giving high fives to strangers...was a bloody good feeling!
I never saw the fight was this during or after the game?
Also - didn't see the Nixie Chicks :P

Less people? I dunno about that - seemed just as packed as the last time. People were actually blocking the entrance it was so packed.

There was a minor scuffel as a staff member tried to escort a patron out. Nothing major.
I have some footage that Im going to try and put on You tube when I find how to do it.

It was great. I made use of my Fever Card at Burger Fuel next door before the game and settled in. As someone else said, a slightly smaller crowd than last time and less chanting but there was still enough atmosphere to make it worthwhile coming in. Actually, seeing as I don't have Sky Sports 2 it's always going to be worthwhile coming in!

Nope, Its open 7 days a week from 11am-10pm but we'll be open late on Phoenix game nights. Home and away matches.

Do you know what for?

There was a dickhead at the Fever Lounge for the Central Coast game who should have been escorted out for his own safety after giving the Phoenix (and soccer) sh*t during the game. I suspect he thought he just wandered into a pub that just happened to be playing the game by accident...

He was too pissed and was asked to leave. I know the lads you are talking about from the first game. I saw their antics when they left and had a quiet word. They wont come back.

There is always going to be a few Larrys, you get them in every bar you go to. 99.9% of people in the Fever Lounge are there for the right reason and behave themselves.

Absolute bedlam erupted at 1-1 and 2-1 and the place went mental at the final whistle.

Felipe's goal was a scorcher.

Fantastic night.

Its brilliant in there.....and last night was special!!  Only place I would've rather been was rippin' my shirt off with Feverish, Frankie Mac, JDean and the boys......

If you're from outta town then you must make the mission to Welli for a home game and get to the Bencher pre-match and if you can't do that then get here for an away game and join in the madness that is The Fever Lounge.....better still, do both every week......

Welli's showing its true YELLOW colours with pride, with voice and with copious amounts of fun (caused by beer and football)......
