The commentators have given up avoiding saying Peter V's name and are hesitating and snickering as they say "vaginas".

Actually, he's greek, and it's pronounced Va-hey-nas, but there is absolutely NO reason for them to know...

I wouldn't take it too hard.  You played a meaningful game 24 hours ago; you get 6 subs from the sound of it so get some young legs out there; it's not so much a game with the Galaxy as it is a commercial featuring Beckham.

 

You have a real game to play with Perth coming up and keep growing your club/game locally.  I think this game is a good compliment to your first year club.  Long term goals are far more important than friendly goals.
