That's what I've heard but where does it say in the Phoenix website?  Can anyone confirm and if so, where do I grab tickets from?

Cheers fella, looks like I have to queue up outside the staudium on the day.   Is this cos kids love to queue up? I wonder what muppet though that was a good idea?

Again, it's been mentioned in the other thred. It's so you dont have to pay the Ticketek service fee on the free tickets.

i got mine online from ticketek, theres a box to input the keyword

dont you only pay the fee per transaction, not per ticket?

ie. buy 3 tickets, pay the one fee

Indeed, but Geeza said that he would have to get his from the stadium on the day, which implies that he is a season member, therefore not buying an adults ticket, so to get free kids tickets he would have to have a transaction at Ticketek, incurring the service fee on the free tickets.
