i like Clebo as a character and am disappointed he has cemented a
place, but i do feel O'Dor is more mobile and less likely to fall
foul of card-happy idiots like today's ref
Please Dr quack, come on the forum and tell me I'm not compleletly
wrong to loathe who ever was in the middle today, for me he was the
worst ref since the Jets match here
Sorry pal I didn't see the game as I was refereeing at the u-19s in
Napier. At the point in time of said game I was soaking my body in
a spa and my brain in Heineken so forgive me after doing 7 games
over the weekend.
I watched the highlights of the game and think the penalty was
correct. Was called by the AR2, whom everyone here said had a good
game (and is a very close mate of mine) and the referee went with
it. I'm a fan of Peter Green and to be fair, he has had one stuff
up this year not sending an Adelaide player off for pulling down
Coveny. He is a young referee but has the minerals under pressure.
As for the rest I can't comment other than to say the match
inspector thought all 3 officials had very good games.
