Forecast is good, no work (for me anyway) on the Monday.  No excuses.  Aisle 28 (aka the Prawn Zone) will be going completely mental.  Shirts off from the start...

shirts off in the Prawn Zone? that's a bit risque...you might get offers from lonely housewives
I like tautologies because I like them.

My absence of a chest and shoulders ought to be complete protection!  (Plus the total fear engendered in me by my wife and her agility with a cleaver.)

6 of us coming down from Palmy.  Finally able to make my first game and looking forward to it.  Sadly my mates bought the tickets before I could tell him to buy in the fever zone, so we are in 26 atm, but I suspect we may squeeze round if there are some spaces closer once the game starts.

We refer it to Aisle 22 terracing...not seating....basically just pack it out

I say tackle him in the face.

Let's get the three points! Full squad (fingers and legs crossed for Felipe). Should be a ripper game/day!

Lets push at least two up front

I only help Smeltz gets the sort of chances he created and took against Fiji in this game....but methinks the style of 30 Samba passes being needed first stops his direct approach which he is good at..oh I long for surging forward runs near the box and shots from outside.....Cmon Phoenix...

A small town in Europe........looking to bounce straight back up....well that aint going to happen

Ya. Smeltz's goal reminded me of the one Felipe got against Sydney. That game looked impressive.

Do people evacuate the city over labour weekend? It goes very quiet up here.
Australia central look to be a bit weak. Plenty of rest after the Fiji game so should be ready to go. 3 -1.

I have a good feeling about this game. For a start, no mrdja, Kwasnik unfit.

Am bringing my old man and my sisters partner for their first game as well as a 3-4 workmates who have been before and love it.  Gonna drop my 67 year old dad in the zone and watch him wave his shirt above his head on 80 mins after a few warmups in the Bencher prematch......

I am Howie in disguise.....!

I tell yah, its been a bl00dy long fortnight and I am chomping at the bit to get back to our Ring of Fire!

I too have a good feeling. We haven't played so well in the last fortnight, but we are a totally different prospect at home with our all whites back and a fully fit (nearly felipe?) squad.

It will have been three weeks not a fortnight!  Do you notice CCM have got the most unpronounceable team in the A-league.  Their forward, Tom Pont..... is one, then's there's Adam K, etc etc.  Should be a points deduction for that sort of nonsense.  Good on the Phoenix for signing easy named players like Daniel, Moss, Christie, Dodd, Johnson etc etc

I noticed that. I think thats because lots of Aussie footballers come from recently migrated European families whereas thats not the case in NZ

And good on those communities for flying the football flag and getting it going in Australia.  Maybe, to avoid the points deduction I've ordered, they should go with their first names on the back of their shirts - and I'll reduce the points deduction by half (still have to hame some points off for a stupid club name and being based in some forgettable NSW suburban disgrace).  I'm too kind sometimes....

You know it Masey. And we will... i feel confident. They are in poor form and have injuries. We have just got most of our boys back from international duty/injury plus a parochial crowd...
