althought i quite liked our 5 point buffer, i did enjoy that -
newcastle are the team for which i have developed an irrational
hatred (you need at least one of those per league)

Perhaps Perth should do the reverse of what they did with Harnwell,
by moving Robinson to the back four. He doesn't appear to have a
striker's instinct and couldn't hit a barn door from 5 metres.
Unlike Durante from Newcastle, who got so frustrated with
Robinson's shocking open goal misses, he decided to show him how
it's done....!!

Yeah, I am concerened that if we don't grab some points tomorrow
we're in strife.
With a resurgent Perth at home to a struggling Mariners next week, and us with the AW's out next week against a firing Sydney we are at serious risk of being last by the end of next weekend unless we get some points in Queensland.

if a thought is held by the majority of people then it is considered rational (within that group), on this board your hatred of Newcastle is pretty bloody normal from what I've read and therefore completely rational

Gotta say, Newcastle are easily my most hated team also, think
it stems from our unlucky home loss to them in round 3 and has just
grown from there!
