Wasn't Costa's goal against teh RADelaide a bit special from the team touches point of view ?

Smeltz goal v Melbourne at ROF has to be it. It was the best goal I didn't see (I was there but in the loo, as I was also for our first goal that night)

Well for every team it should of been Charlie Millers volley but for the Nix I would agree with Smeltz one.

Yeah, the build-up there was pretty nice, and both Smeltzys lob and Brown's long-shot deserve mentions but you can't really go past the goal of the year, superb.

Completely agree, that goal was amazing.

Brownie's header against Perth. Great example of scoring without even knowing it (OK, maybe that's a slight exageration).

The goal vs CCM that was scored 1 min 26 secs into the game that almost everybody missed...well anybody that was late for the game.  It was a good build-up.

Defo Smeltz vs Melbourne... An absolute peach of a goal!

Smeltz v Melbourne defintitly best goal, but Brown bouncing Theo in the same game was memorable as was the Brown v Sydney at home.

smeltz goal was a great one but i dont think it deserved goal of the season in the entire league. santalabs long range strike was amazing

i agree that Smeltz's vs Melbum was the best but I also liked Costas first A-League goal. It was straight out of the Coaching Manuel.....overlapping player picked up by a reverse pass, a dipping cross met low by an attacker player making a diagonal run accross the box and a glancing header  inside the right upright...classic. Plus it was good to see a young'un get it.

Yea, that goal really got me excited, mainly because of the scorer though.
