Terry saved a block of 100 for the greeks. So we sat there, to enjoy footy and chant.
Its about 30% youth 70% oldies.
Were just joinging in with the YF chants. Nothing
special.

There's only about 100 of them, so cross-chanting is not a major
issue. The bigger concern is that the Greek Fever will show
the Greece colours. Then we'll have everyone thinking that the
Sydney fans are turning up!
We're there to show support for the Phoenix not our
individual selves. Given how most of the NZ population is made up
of people originally from other countries (immediately or nth
generation), imagine the mess if we all turned up supporting our
points of origin instead of the Phoenix.

ok i have not been to big a fan of greek fever, as a "greek" i think its not too cool that we "diivide" oueselves all the time, ok terry is a greek and we all must thank him putting in a million bucks just for the oppurtunity to have a team so ok i seee why he put aside an area just for greeks but maybe it was for the older lot, i think the younger guys should join YF, i feel lonely being the only wog in YF and i stick out like a sore bloody thumb too.

Im sure this 'Greek Fever' are just made up/are only real on this
forum. You have no t-shirt or anything noticable to promote
youselfs, and I didnt see anyone else standing for the whole game

Greek Fever is a Supports group of WELLINGTON PHOENIX made up of
Greek PEOPLE!!!!!
The only difference...we chant from another part of the
stadium.
We dont chant against yellow fever but chant with them, making
the chants sound through the whole stadium.
THATS ALL. a Greek Wellington Phoenix supporter group who got
tickets thorugh a Greek in a greek section full of greeks. So greek
fever was appropriate.
We are a sub section religion to yellow fever. The
illigeitmate brother if you will.

I said this would cause problems ages ago. Segregation/different
groups/whatever does not work. Unity is the only way to go fellas.
Just have to look at the Melbourne supporters to see that - so many
different bloody supporter groups.
